Of course. We have 4 apartments in one tenement house at ul. Lubomirskiego 11 — up to 16 beds in a single location. That works well for extended families, business groups, stag and hen parties or a small conference. Getting in touch is the simplest way to check all four for your dates.
What should I do if something goes wrong during my stay?
Call us. The phone is reachable around the clock — outside 08:00–22:00 we still try to respond to anything urgent. If something has stopped working, something is missing, or you need help with anything at all, let us know. We live in Krakow, so if it is urgent we can come over ourselves.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, on request, for private guests and companies alike. Get in touch after booking and the invoice reaches you within 24 hours, made out to the company details you provide. For regular business clients we also agree individual terms.
