Only Cozy Apartment has air conditioning — the other three have fans. In July and August that is a real difference, which is why we say it plainly.
The same apartment, the same host — only without the platform’s commission. The cut we do not pay the platform goes back to the guest in the price.
Book here and you pay us directly. There is no platform mark-up, so the same night costs less.

We issue a company invoice right at booking — with the VAT number, filed in KSeF, no chasing us afterwards.
You get a whole flat, not a room. Your own front door, your own kitchen, your own bathroom, nobody behind the wall in a shared corridor. We run these four apartments in Krakow city centre ourselves — no reception, no management company, no call centre.
The kitchen is a real one, not a kettle in a corner: dishwasher, fridge, hob, crockery and cutlery for four. On a stay longer than two days that usually saves more than the difference in nightly rate — breakfast in central Krakow runs 35–50 zł a head.
What there is not: a reception desk, breakfast included, or our own car park. If that is what you are after, a hotel will serve you better — we even wrote a comparison of an apartment with a hotel (in Polish) so the choice is an informed one.
Prices start at 250 zł a night and move with the dates — highest in July, August and over long weekends, lowest from November to March. The calendar above shows the exact figure for your dates straight away, with no enquiry to send and no reply to wait for.
The base price covers two people. The third and fourth guest cost 40 zł for the whole stay, not per night. Early arrival from 11:00 or late checkout until 12:00 is also 40 zł, provided the neighbouring night is free. The non-refundable rate is 5% cheaper.

Two minutes from the station — you arrive on Friday evening and you are already in the city. Comfy, with its own porch, gives privacy no hotel room does.
A VAT invoice with the company number is issued automatically and sent by e-mail; it is filed in KSeF too. The station is two minutes from the gate — in the morning you are on the train and gone.

Four apartments in one tenement house means up to 16 beds at a single address, with nobody scattered across the city. Write to us and we will put together an offer for a stay in a larger group (in Polish).
Self check-in works around the clock: the door code reaches you by e-mail before you travel. A train at three in the morning is not a problem and needs no time agreed in advance.
All four apartments sit in one tenement house at ul. Lubomirskiego 11, in the Grzegórzki district right on the edge of the Old Town. The street itself is calm, and everything that matters in the city is a short walk away.
The Main Square — 10 minutes on foot. Krakow Glowny station and Galeria Krakowska — 2 minutes. Kazimierz — 20 minutes along the Planty park. The Rondo Mogilskie tram stop is 3 minutes from the gate, with a direct ride to Wawel and to Hala Cracovia.
From Krakow Balice airport the train reaches the main station in 20 minutes, and from there it is a short walk or one tram stop — all the ways from the airport to the city centre, with prices and travel times, are in a separate guide.
From 15:00 as standard, checkout by 10:00. Early arrival (from 11:00) and late checkout (until 12:00) can be added at booking for 40 zł, provided the neighbouring night is free. Check-in is self-service — we send the door code before you arrive, so you can get here at any hour.
On the standard rate — free of charge up to 5 days before arrival, and we refund the full amount. After that there is no refund. There is also a non-refundable rate: 5% cheaper, but with no refund option. You choose the rate yourself when booking.
Each apartment sleeps up to 4 guests. The base price covers 2 people; the third and fourth guest cost 40 zł extra for the whole stay. Bed linen and towels for everyone are included. Three of the apartments have a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed; the Comfy studio is 25 m² and also sleeps up to four.
Yes. At booking, tick “I need a company invoice” and give us the company name, VAT number and address. The invoice is issued automatically once the payment clears and goes out by e-mail; it is also filed in KSeF.
The street outside is a paid parking zone. The nearest underground car park is at Galeria Krakowska, 6 minutes on foot. Write to us before you arrive and we will point you to the cheapest option for your dates.

Only Cozy Apartment. The other three have fans, and the thick tenement walls hold the cool. In July and August, when it goes above 30°C, Cozy is worth choosing.
